Regardless of race, color, and time, human beings have always been involved in wars and crimes, corruption and destruction, oppression and persecution of one another, incomparably more than any other species. This is one of the most intrinsic and special qualities instilled within us: we kill and we murder for many reasons, not just for self-defense.

The Arab of pre-Islamic Ignorance, which is known as the Jahiliyah Time, were involved in an unspeakable crime. There were of them who used to bury alive baby girls out of shame. The Qur’an reports this social mindset, “He hides himself from the people because of the bad news he has received. Should he keep her in disgrace, or bury her alive in the ground? Evil indeed is their judgment!” [16:59]

The Arab were not stupid. There were brave and generous people. They were ready to start a war for honor and tribal pride. They were undoubtedly protective and people of poetry, love and values, yet they were involved in this type of crime.

Pharaoh of Egypt did even worse. Out of fear that a prophet will rise among the Children of Israel – who were oppressed and enslaved by the pharaonic rule, he gave the order to kill all the newly born baby boys. What a heinous crime?

Two decades ago, when I first read such historic descriptions in the Qur’an, I was shocked, specially about the concept of burying young girls alive out of shame or fear of disgrace, “and when baby girls, buried alive, are asked (in the day of Judgment), for what crime they were put to death.” [81:8]

Even though this was not that wide spread among the Arab, yet it existed. I couldn’t fathom this fact when I first read it. “How is it possible for a father to bury his young daughter alive?” – I would struggle to make sense of.

It turns out that human history, the ancient and the modern one, is but filled with all kinds of crimes, including the murder of children. What the Arab of Ignorance did was not at all incidental and an isolated case. It is a dark side of humanity that continues to be present in our societies.

What the Europeans did in North America over the last centuries, by murdering native children, what the American army has done in Muslim countries by killing young children and women, and what the Secular governments are doing – by legalizing and facilitating abortion, is no less of a crime than what the Arab did. Today, it is women themselves involved in this crime. That’s what happens when laws are written by charlatans and people who have no morality.

First, a typical secular government, which is a model invented by the British Empire, is based on lack of transparency and functions on a strictly hierarchical power and centralized chain of command. Employees of the government are cogs in the wheel. Everyone must mind their business and should not ask questions that concern the machine as a whole, i.e., the government.

In addition, a modern legal system is designed to work secretly and behind the doors for the most part. It is not a transparent judicial system. The validity of judicial trials is not witnessed by the public, except for some rare cases which are theatrical and are used to improve simply the image. The punishment, too, is not witnessed by people. There is no way for the public to know if a person sentenced to life imprisonment is actually in prison.

It is perfectly legal for a modern secular government, which is invented by the British Empire, to have people work undercover, who appear as criminals but they are undercover officers, or people who are criminals and thugs but they’ve been hired by the government to work undercover for a greater good. It is officially acceptable for a modern government to conduct a large portion of its activity secretly and undercover.

Let’s suppose that the government decides to commit a crime, probably for a greater good. Let’s suppose that an undercover unit undertakes a mass shooting or something like that. As crazy as it might seem, practically it could happen. This is within the realm of possibility.

An undercover officer, who seems as a thug or insane, acting undercover, appears in front of a group of people and shoots them. The operation is supported by other undercover people and police officers, always for a greater good.

The culprit gets arrested. The media – which is strictly controlled by the system, will report the crime either as the deed of a lone wolf or as an Islamic terrorist attack or as a domestic white supremacist terrorist attack. Practically, there is no independent reporting of this crime.

The ‘terrorist’ will be sentenced either to life imprisonment or, in some countries, 20 to 25 years.

Why wouldn’t this case happen? What will stop the government commit such a crime as long as the criminal does not face a public death penalty?

What are the legal and political mechanisms which would guarantee us that our secular governments do not commit such crimes, which they think are done for a greater good?

Unfortunately, the whole legal and political system is designed to allow such crazy activity take place. That’s why we – the public – need to raise our voices for no more undercover governmental activity.

Don’t believe the western corrupt governments when they say: freedom and liberty. They are liars. They say so to cover up exactly the opposite. In this regard, the US Government is one of the most oppressive political entities in the world: the country of arbitrariness and corrupt judges.

Notice: most of the problems that the courts of law cite to justify their political, immoral and unjust verdicts are myths and lies – blatant lies.

It is very easy to reach this conclusion. Go to your local court and apply to let you have access to court documents to verify most of their claims, and you’ll see that they will dismiss your request. I’ve tried myself. Western courts are corrupt, so they cannot tolerate transparency. They are absolutely immoral and corrupt.

The solution: we need to call everything by their true names: the British Secularism is a devilish ideology and oppressive political system; the US Government is the enemy of free speech and freedom; the western laws are barbaric, abusive, oppressive and immoral; the western judges are corrupt, immoral, professional agents of the governments who are trained to oppress people; the government is behind most of the problems in the society; courts of law lack transparency and they incite fake facts in order to justify their verdicts.

In short, know thy enemy: the government, judges and courts of law, as well as the British Secularism as the most oppressive ideology.

Avoid any interaction with the Government. Avoid any interaction with judges and courts of law: the most immoral and oppressive people in a secular country. The British secular system is designed to destroy the society, so try as much as possible to escape the system: the enemies of family, the enemies of financial freedom, the enemy of everything good and positive. The Government – which is merely a British Monarchy’s representative, is the biggest hindrance to peace and prosperity.

Even though the British Secularism and the British Empire rose to power as an opposition to religion, especially Islam, and declared an open war against God, religion, transcendental doctrines and spirituality, and made materialism and natural philosophy as the foundation of the modern western civilization, they failed to live up to their materialistic claims.

The British Secularism with all its derivatives, such as democracy, socialism, communism, Nazism, fascism, liberal democracy, Christian democracy, republican, democrat, right-wing, left-wing, conservative, liberal etc., replaced the despotic Catholic church in almost every aspect that it was overthrown for.

One of the aspects that the British Secularism is acting like the Catholic medieval church is hypocrisy and decadence. The corrupt British Secularism has no problem to speak of values, “our values”, European values, standards, principles, and the most interesting one is peace. This barbaric political ideology of the British Empire almost appears as a modern religion, which speaks of values and peace, exactly like the religion of Islam, but in reality it is no more than a fraud and a fake ideology.

Therefore, I believe it is important to make a clear distinction between the concept of interests and principles.

In short, interests would be defined as anything that people think is good for them, beneficial and which serves them in the short term, without considering the long term results and without bringing into the equation all the factors, such as society, time, and place or environment. Principles, on the other hand, are interests, but which guarantee a long term and true benefit for an individual and the society where he or she is part of.

For example, if a person, part of a big family, happened to own large areas of arable land, it is in his or her immediate interest to have a monopoly in agriculture products, and even expand his or her power at the expense of other fellow residents. Scientifically speaking, things could have been and could be different. He or she could lose his or her family members, and due to adverse conditions, could get no agriculture product. So, we could end up in need of others.

Properly, principles force us to be wise and consider more than the immediate and shortsighted interests. Principles tell us to love for others what we love for ourselves because we could be in their position, and we will be in a way or another. Principles tend to tame that mischievous child, who is young, unlearned and under a delusion, and that’s exactly the case of the western civilization.

In my opinion, one of the major flaws of the western legal system is that it is a system which prioritizes interests over principles. It’s a legal system which revolves around political interests and it is designed that way. One of the major objectives of the legal system, laws, court rules, procedures, and legal precedents is to produce a legal product based on interests, such as political interests, financial interests, ideological interests, and even circumstantial interests of politics and the ruling elite.

The western legal system is not a system of principles. Everything written or articulated about principles is just a propaganda. That’s why the principles of the western legal system are very broad and vague, such as human rights, peace, safety, rule of law, independence.

That’s why the western legal system consists of a large body of laws, which are ambiguous and often contradictory. Court rules are complicated and full of subtleties in order to increase the power of judges instead of increasing the access of people to the justice system. In addition, judges are supplied with discretionary power and offered political impunity. On top of everything, laws and legal acts change frequently, and often formulated and passed to address one single individual or a small category of people.

Unfortunately, when a society prioritizes interests, which are many and change constantly, over principles, that society is doomed to collapse. That’s why legal corruption and injustice in the West and around the world is rampant. That’s why corrupt countries such as the USA have the highest number of people imprisoned per capita. It’s a system that doesn’t deliver justice. It does not guarantee equality, fairness, political disinterestedness, safety and prosperity.

In order to cover up this major flaw of the western legal system, the western countries have come up with an empty slogan, namely, judicial independence, just to calm people down, to tell them that the system is focused on interests, but judges should not have interests – “trusts us.”

As a matter of fact, this takes place every single day in the UK, Canada, the USA, Germany, France, and in every single country where the British legal system has been adopted.

Contrary to what people think, the role of such an officer who acts in the name of the King, ruler or the government has been given to a much more dangerous officer called judge. In our time, the role of judges is not limited to the application of law, as we traditionally assume.

The modern judges enjoy much more power. They’ve been delegated inherent power. In fact, a good portion of their vicious activity is not related to criminal cases. Rather, a main function of judges nowadays is to issue court orders – that order which could take your house, cancel a business license, take away your driver’s license, cancel a construction permit, restrict your freedom, separate you from your children, and many, many other types of arbitrary orders.

For those who are not quite familiar with the judiciary, court orders are issued by judges based on their personal power. They have their discretionary power to issue such orders based on their personal judgement. No one can stop them from doing so. They have a tyrannical power.

Why has the British Monarchy delegated this power to judges, and not to the classical officers who act in the King’s name?

The reason is very simple. Judges have been given this completely new role, yet tyrannical, because traditionally people assume them to be individuals with integrity and who have a sense of responsibility. Issuing court orders is a completely modern thing, which has nothing to do with the traditional role of judges. This is a new type of power that has been given to this group, which are de facto, the most dangerous people of the society – they are the tyrants who act in the name of the King or the government, yet their activity little is it noticed.

That’s why our governments, such as the Canadian Government, for example, struggle so much to maintain a good reputation of judges due to this tyrannical role that they have. Their role is portrayed as independent only as a way to calm people down, yet this does not make them less tyrant. Court orders are no different from the classical orders of the king.

When she was asked to give her opinion on what a woman is, she refused to give an answer because it depends. The answer depends on what the state or her bosses tell her in the future. This is the individual that Joe Biden says she is independent.

I cannot hire her to clean my backyard because for her everything depends. She might cut trees down because the state might tell her that trees are dangerous. If she were to be asked about apples trees if they’re good or bad, she would say, “It depends.” Yet, the American despotism tells us that she is independent.

Don’t such people have any shame?!

With all due respect, she is not independent. An independent judge is the one who has a clear opinion, who is opinionated, especially about the most agreed upon facts of nature. Her primary job is to deal with women and men, yet she cannot make the difference between the two. Why? Because it depends on what the state tells her.

A true and independent judge is the one who refuses orders from despots and politics. If she is told to define something in accordance with what politics requires, she goes straight to the President, slaps him and spits on his face and leaves her job. Can Ketanji Brown Jackson do that? No! She is trained to do exactly the opposite. Her primary job is to obey politics. She is ready to define things and write laws exactly what politics and despots tell her to do.

Will Ketanji Brown Jackson prefer prison before bowing down to political order? This does not even occur on her imagination. Modern judges are tried officers to obey any order from politics and despots.

Can we imagine a British judge refusing to obey orders of the British monarch? Seriously, isn’t that what an independent judge is supposed to do?

Have you ever heard of a modern judge in the West who has left the job because he or she did not agree with a law or a political stance, or a political order? I haven’t heard myself. There is none because modern judges are the embodiment of dependence. In fact, they have gone through intensive training on how not to disobey orders, how not to be independent and have their own opinions.

Coincidently, there is another famous group of trained people who refuse to give their opinion on anything, and that is, spies and agents. The most important quality of a spy is not to give their own opinion. Their job is to obey every kind of order.

The modern judges don’t have their own opinion because they are controlled by the state. They are spies and agents.

I remember the former prime minister of Albania, for example, in an occasion saying that he’s achieved a lot doing his four year mandate because his government has managed to pass a large number of laws, translated from English. Look how smart are the British agents. They are trained propagandists and professional liars. They sell the idea of translating the British laws as something good.

This is exactly the moment when one realizes why we don’t have dictators any longer, why the British monarch has no problem with people throwing eggs at him, but his rule cannot accept throwing eggs at judges. There is no need for classical dictators any more, especially in countries where people have been brainwashed for more than a century, as it is the case of the western countries. The true dictatorship lies on laws and the judicial system. Alas! We don’t need dictators and despots because we have laws and judges.

And here is the devil. When we hear the world ‘law,’ our brain perceives it as equivalent to fairness, good, consistent, as a mechanism which makes people equal because it is applied indiscriminately. Often, it is used by people to mean that it is a hammer against criminals. They perceive laws much more positively than a direct order from the despot. Naturally, people don’t like authority, they like laws.

Also, the word ‘judge’ is perceived much positively by people than the word ‘despot’ or ‘occupation’. People assume judges as people with integrity, as scholars who choose to go to prison rather than obey the orders of a corrupt king or agent prime minister.

Sadly, this is not the case. Modern laws, which represent the essence of the British power, for the most part are the same as the classical orders of a despot. They are meant to restrict our freedom, attack people, sometimes even specific individual, close any loophole which allows people to prosper, discriminate categories of people, and push ahead economic and ideological agendas. This is realized through ambiguous and full of detail laws, which can justify any decision. Let alone that the legal process is a hell in and of itself.

On the other hand, modern judges are not scholars, but trained officers to obey political orders. They are the whips in the hands of despots, specifically, the British dynasty. It was not a coincidence that a US supreme justice refused to define what a woman is exactly because she has no integrity of her own. She is a trained agent to do and say whatever the despot tells her to do. Only spies have no opinion of their own.
